Plaud NotePin workflow

Wearable capture, without a wearable-sized memory.

Plaud NotePin is the wearable branch of Plaud's recorder family. That makes capture easy to carry; it does not mean every recorded moment has to stay inside one wearable's app. Rintori imports recordings made available through Plaud and connects them with your wider recorded life.

Where each part fits

01

The recorder

A small wearable is suited to hands-free, in-person capture when a phone or card recorder would interrupt the moment.

02

Rintori

Rintori gives a NotePin recording durable context: source-linked answers, reviewable suggestions and a timeline that can include non-Plaud audio too.

03

Connection to Rintori

Direct Plaud import. Rintori has no device-level pairing with NotePin. Import depends on the recording becoming available through your connected Plaud account.

How to bring the recording into Rintori

Three checkable steps. No implied integration between the lines.

  1. 01

Capture intentionally on NotePin and make the recording state clear to other people.

  2. 02

Let the recording reach your Plaud account, then select it in Rintori or run a sync.

  3. 03

Use Tori to revisit the moment while keeping the generated answer linked to evidence.

What this combination is useful for

NotePin owners who collect in-person conversations, lectures or spoken ideas and need a calmer place to revisit them later.

Ideas on the move

Bring a wearable voice idea into the same Spark and project context as the desk recordings that develop it.

Lectures and interviews

Return to the explanation itself rather than relying only on a compact generated recap.

One timeline, several devices

A wearable recording can sit in chronological context with browser and handheld recordings.

What Rintori adds after capture

  • One timeline for imported and browser-recorded audio
  • Original audio preserved separately from transcripts and AI output
  • Source-linked answers that take you back to the recorded moment
  • Tasks, calendar entries and speaker identities remain suggestions until you confirm

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Rintori pair directly with Plaud NotePin?

No. Rintori connects to your Plaud account, not to the wearable over Bluetooth. It imports recordings the connected account makes available.

Can NotePin imports be automatic?

You can opt into scheduled Plaud imports on an eligible Rintori plan. The setting is off until you enable it.

Does Rintori infer consent because the device was worn?

No. A wearable does not prove that other people agreed to be recorded. You remain responsible for the consent and notice required where you record.
